Three primary ceremony locations are available depending on guest count and aesthetic: garden lawn (up to 80), poolside (up to 50), and beachfront at adjacent Kata Noi (with permits arranged through our wedding partners). Both legal Thai ceremonies and symbolic ceremonies are conducted; the wedding team coordinates officiants, sound, florals, and signage.
Three Ceremony Locations, One Property
Garden Lawn Ceremony
The 2,000 sqm garden's main lawn is the most popular setting. Up to 80 seated guests, full bridal procession, custom floral arch, and acoustic sound.
Poolside Ceremony
A more intimate setting at the pool deck — 30–50 guests, sea-view backdrop, sunset timing. Particularly photogenic.
Beachfront Ceremony
Permitted ceremonies on adjacent Kata Noi beach — managed via our wedding partners with the local authority. Walk from the villa, return for the reception.
Legal vs Symbolic
Both are available. Legal Thai ceremonies require document preparation in advance via the partner planner; symbolic ceremonies allow more flexibility on script and ritual.
How Wedding Ceremonies Are Coordinated
Wedding ceremonies at the villa are not a self-service affair. We work with established Phuket wedding planners who handle the legal documentation, officiant booking, sound, florals, and on-day coordination. Our role is the venue and the surrounding services — accommodation, chef, transport, and the guest experience side. The split works well: the planner is a wedding specialist, we are villa specialists, and the bride and groom have one party in each role.
A Practical Timeline
Most ceremonies happen 60–90 minutes before sunset to capture the golden light and sit naturally before a sunset cocktail hour. We hold the ceremony rehearsal the day before, walk through the timeline with the planner and officiant, and confirm sound levels. On the day itself, the villa team handles guest arrival, drinks during the gathering window, and seamless transition from ceremony to cocktails to reception.
